GoDaddy - Providing Delegate Acceess

Providing delegate access to your GoDaddy account allows us to manage your domains, DNS settings, hosting, or email products without needing your username or password. 

This keeps your login information private while letting us efficiently configure your domains, set up your website, or manage your email services. 

You remain the account owner with full control to add, change, or remove our access at any time. We are requesting this access so we can complete your setups and updates securely and without delays that come from needing your login details.


Steps

1. Log into GoDaddy

  • Visit godaddy.com

  • Click Sign In

  • Enter your username and password


2. Access Delegate Settings

  • Click your profile icon (top right)

  • Select Account Settings

  • Click Delegate Access


3. Add a Delegate

  • Under People who can access my account, click Invite to Access


4. Enter Their Details

  • Enter the following Name and Email address

  • WrightClick - matt@wrightclick.it


5. Choose Access Level

  • Select Products & Domains if they need to manage products

  • Select Domains Only for domain management only


6. Send Invitation

  • Click Invite


7. Confirmation

  • The person will receive an email

  • They must accept the invitation to gain access


8. Review Delegates

  • Return to Delegate Access anytime to:

    • View who has access

    • Change their access level

    • Remove their access if no longer needed
